● PayPal Payment
PayPal is an online payment method that allows you to pay by credit card.
If you have a PayPal account, you do not need to enter your credit card information at the time of purchase.
For more details about PayPal, please refer to the PayPal website. Production of the product will begin after payment via PayPal has been completed.
● About Payment Methods
If a refund is required due to changes to the order after payment via PayPal, the difference will be refunded through PayPal.
Please note that the timing of receiving the refund may vary depending on each financial institution.
Delivery Time
After confirming payment, we will procure the product. For items in stock, shipping will be within 7 days (shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or busy periods). However, if the product cannot be shipped within 30 days, or if we determine that it is not possible to arrange the product for any reason, your order may be canceled regardless of your request.
Except for special order items, you may cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped.
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
In principle, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused, and you contact us within 8 days after delivery. However, due to the nature of some products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted, including for special order items. For such products, "Non-returnable" is clearly indicated on the product detail page or at the order confirmation screen (see explanation here).
