Refund policy

Conditions for Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

  • Please note that we do not accept cancellations after the shipping arrangements for the product have been made. Before placing your order, please carefully review your order on the confirmation screen. If you have any questions, please contact us before making your purchase.
  • If there are any defects with the product after it arrives, please contact us within three days of receiving the product. If you do not contact us within three days of delivery, we may not be able to accept your return request. Additionally, in the case of returns, please send the product to the designated return address within seven days of receiving it.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, such as differences in color or image from what was seen on your monitor, or if you do not like the scent. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
  • Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to mail-order sales.

Return Shipping Fees

If there is any damage to the product, a size discrepancy, or any other issue caused by our company, we will bear the shipping costs for the return. After contacting us, please send the product to the return address below using cash on delivery.
