※ Free shipping for orders over 10,000 yen.

Delivery Time
We will ship within 7 business days from your order.
However, please note that this may not apply in cases of delays in essential oil imports, natural disasters, large-scale traffic restrictions, or major events in certain areas.
Damage During Delivery
We take great care during packing to prevent damage or dents to the outer box. However, after handing over to the delivery company, there is a possibility of damage or trouble occurring during transportation or due to the responsibility of the carrier.
Please understand that minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself are not covered for compensation.
